As you can tell from my galleries and photographs, I enjoy taking pictures of scenery. I don’t take many pictures of people. I enjoy traveling, especially to Bavaria, southern Germany and Tuscany, Italy. Both places have a beauty about them, that pictures just don’t do justice. I plan all my trips, I don’t use tours. Although I respect the tours and understand many people rely on them, but I am not one. I like to plan my own stops, places to see, linger long after the tour buses have gone. Rothenburg Germany is a prime example. During the day, there are thousands of people in town. After 6 PM, the town reverts back to its wonderful charm. All the tourists, other than the ones spending the night, have departed. One can now see the beauty and charm of Rothenburg.

I use Nikon equipment. A couple of years ago I made a tough decision between Canon and Nikon. I still debate which I should have chosen, but now I have too much invested in my Nikon equipment for me to switch now, not sure I would anyway. I have two Nikon camera's and three Nikor lenses.
